Customs, Taxes & Duties

Hong Kong & Singapore: Orders are exempt from import customs taxes and duties.

United States: Applicable state taxes and customs duties are calculated and collected directly at checkout.

All Other Countries (DDU): Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Any import duties or clearance fees assessed by local customs must be paid directly by the recipient.

⚠️ Customs Clearance & Non-Refund Policy: If the recipient refuses or fails to pay import duties/taxes upon parcel arrival, the shipment will be considered abandoned by customs and will NOT be refunded. Customers remain liable for all initial and return shipping charges.

Dispatch & Order Fulfillment

Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 48 working hours, subject to stock availability and quality control checks.

Delivery Schedule: Deliveries operate 5 days a week in Hong Kong (excluding Sundays & Public Holidays), and Monday to Friday for international destinations.

Fragrance & Liquids Restrictions: Perfumes, soaps, diffusers, and liquid home fragrances are available for Hong Kong domestic delivery only and cannot be shipped overseas / outside of Hong Kong.

Jewelry Shipping Restrictions: We are currently unable to ship fine jewelry items to China, Russia, or the United Kingdom.

Address Requirements: We deliver to physical residential and commercial addresses only. Deliveries to PO Boxes are not accepted.

Transit Insurance: All packages are insured until the recipient signs for delivery.
